We are looking for engineers, designers, QA professionals, and growth specialists who take their craft seriously. Challenging problems, real ownership, and a team that cares about quality.
You own your work end to end. No hand-off culture, no feature factories.
Small teams mean faster decisions, less politics, and direct impact.
We build on current tech. No legacy debt holding you back.
Paid learning budgets, conference tickets, and time to explore.
Work on products used across industries and geographies.
We review code, write tests, and actually care about what we ship.
We are looking for two senior developers with strong cloud engineering experience on AWS and GCP. You will architect and own cloud infrastructure for client products, lead deployments, set up CI/CD pipelines, and mentor junior team members. Experience with containerisation, IaC (Terraform/CDK), and production incident management is essential.
Three openings for junior developers who are solid on the MERN stack and want to grow fast. You will work inside product teams building web applications for clients, get thorough code reviews, and take real ownership of features from day one. We care more about how you think and learn than how many years you have.
Two openings for UI/UX designers who think in systems and design for real users, not just for Dribbble. You will own the design process from discovery through to developer handoff across web and mobile products. Strong visual design sense and the ability to back decisions with user research are both required.
A senior QA engineer who is equally comfortable writing a test plan and writing automation code. You will own the QA process for multiple client projects, build automation frameworks from scratch, and work closely with developers to shift testing left. Appium experience for mobile automation is a hard requirement.
A junior QA engineer who takes quality seriously and wants to grow into automation. You will execute test cases, report bugs clearly, and start building automation skills under senior guidance. Appium basics are required — we will help you get deeper. The ability to think like a user who will try to break things is more important than years of experience.
A BDE who can identify opportunities, start conversations, and convert them into client relationships. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, work closely with the founding team on proposals, and represent Trikara to a global client base. Tech industry experience is a strong plus — you should be able to hold a credible conversation about software development.
An SEO executive who understands both the technical and content sides of search. You will own Trikara's SEO strategy, run audits, brief and optimise content, build backlinks, and track performance with data. Experience in the IT services or SaaS space is a plus.
We are always open to hearing from strong people. Send us your resume and tell us what you are good at.
